Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager - Human Resources (HR) - Call Center

Location: [Rawalpindi/ Islamabad]

Reports To: HR Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager in Human Resources to join our call center team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting HR functions, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the development and maintenance of a positive work culture within the call center. The Assistant Manager HR will work closely with the HR Manager to implement HR policies, recruit and retain talent, and foster a supportive and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and facilitate the hiring process.

Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

Address and resolve employee relations issues promptly and effectively.

Promote a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives and communication.

Performance Management:

Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

Work with managers to address performance issues and support employee development.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and professional development.

HR Policies and Compliance:

Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Benefits Administration:

Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Provide assistance to employees with benefit-related inquiries.

Employee Engagement:

Plan and organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.

Conduct regular surveys to assess employee satisfaction and implement improvement initiatives.

Conflict Resolution:

Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Provide guidance to employees and managers on conflict resolution strategies.

Reporting:

Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for management.

Contribute to the development of HR-related reports for organizational planning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
