In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, building rapport, understanding their needs, and persuading them to purchase insurance products. Your exceptional communication skills, resilience, and ability to handle objections will be vital in successfully converting leads into satisfied clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate, clear and concise information and assistance to customers regarding our services.
• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
• Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
• Accurately document customer interactions and transactions.
• Update customer records in the database with relevant information.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Share insights and feedback with the team to improve overall customer experience.
• Follow established scripts and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
