Jr Telecom Engineeer

• Engineering graduate or BS/Master degree in IT or Telecom.
• Certification or Trainings in Avaya (preferred)
• Additional courses in Telecom (Plus)
• Hands on Avaya Platforms (Preferred)
• Any final year projects in Telecom/Telephony/VoIP (Plus)

• Minimum 1 year experience in Avaya ACD/PBX/VoIP systems and its integration with 3rd party platforms (preferred).
• Extensive conceptual knowledge of ACD/Telephony/VoIP field.
• Profound knowledge of Telephony solutions or technologies
• Platforms integration Knowledge with multiple telephony technologies will be preferred
• Any additional short courses in Telephony/VoIP is plus
