We are looking for Fresh and experienced Male & Female CSR for our UK based inbound Cab Support .

The job includes answering inbound calls, taking bookings for cab service, responding to inquiries, and live chat inquiries as needed.

Answer customers' questions in a timely manner.

Provide high-quality customer service.

Follow the established procedures for responding to customer inquiries.

Accurately record information.

Work with a team of other representatives.

Learn new software systems.

Help customers meet their goals.

The potential candidates must possess excellent communication skills and English fluency , an attractive telephone voice.
