1. Making outbound calls to our U.S. based clients;
2. Performing online research to gather data;
3. Creating excel sheets on the data that is gathered;

If you also have average Adobe Photoshop skills for some light weight graphic design work, that will be a plus.
Job Specification
Good communication skills are essential to handling calls effectively, ensuring that the appropriate information is exchanged in a way that both you and the customer understand.
This means having an even, easily understood speaking voice, and the ability to hear and understand verbal cues that can indicate the tone and mood of the customer's voice.
You also need to have excellent online research skills.
As most of our clients are U.S based, you must have a good accent and be fluent in English.
