HR & Administration role
- Co-ordination with the head office (Dubai) for any IT related, attendance, employee related etc issues.
- Reporting to the HR Manager in the Head office (Dubai) and the Director in Pakistan. Handling Karachi & Faislabad office & Co-ordinating with Dubai office.
- Taking care of office employee day to day activities & grievance handling of employees.
- Keeping a track of certification for Employees and the renewals of any licences or certifications.
- Keeping a track of employees passports and visa renewals and travel itinerary.
- Capable of managing multiple task simultaneously and meeting tight timelines.
- Top level communication, writing and research skills.
- Coordinate meetings, events and conference calls including the hiring of catering services and arrangement of meeting space.
- Set up travel arrangements, itineraries, airline reservations, shuttle service and hotel accommodations
- .Design spreadsheets, slide shows, presentations, charts, graphs and other documentation as needed.
- Maintain and organize staff calendar / reminder system.
- Serve as liaison between senior management, customers, colleagues and vendors to streamline flow of information.
- Prepared company literature, documentation, expense reports, presentations and any press release.
- Preparing Final settlements, Gratuity, leave salary and all employee benefits.
- Compilation & processing of attendance data in attendance system (Biometric).
- Processing monthly attendance muster for trainees & Employees.
- Maintaining employees personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across the organization at all levels.
- Keeping updated knowledge of legal requirements & government regulations affecting employers in Pakistan and updating policies & procedures to ensure compliance.
- Ensure headcount and succession planning of the business is in place.
- Keeping track of office stationary.
Recruitment
- Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals or else internal reference.
- Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience.
- Screening and short listing resumes.
- Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with departmental heads.
- Preparing offer letter, employment contract, completing joining formalities and documentation.

- Send Birthday Wishes of employees on Email etc.
