Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role. The individual will be responsible for managing a high volume of outbound calls, answering customer questions, providing insights and directions, and assisting with purchasing. The successful candidate must be able to memorize scripts and adapt quickly to changes in customer needs.
Qualifications
Customer service representatives skills, including the ability to handle a high volume of calls
Experience in customer support, customer satisfaction, and customer experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as good listening skills
The ability to memorize scripts and adapt quickly to changes in customer needs
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communication or related field is a plus
Fluent in written and spoken English and Urdu
Previous experience working in a call center or customer service role is preferred
