• Cooking quality meals for staff and guests if required.
• Making and serving tea to staff and visitors.
• Maintain and clean-up of mess premises and cutleries.
• Maintain cleanliness in meal and mess.
• Proper check and balance of all mess inventories.

• Ordering just enough to make sure necessary ingredients are always on hand without any going to waste.
• Making sure everything is stored properly for safety and space efficiency.
• Organize kitchen staff schedules.
• Plan regular duties such as cleaning, and design menus
• Undertake any other activity that contributes to the smooth running and development of the office.
• Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
• Flexible with travelling
