Responsible for: - Developing recruitment adverts in coordination with HR KHI. - Responsible for sorting of CV’s, maintains it in Data Base and keep their hard copies. - Responsible for scheduling interviews and follow-up on short listed candidates. - Responsible to coordinate with respective department for approvals
(Recruitment process). Ensures and carries out all joining formalities for new employees (Medical checkup / MBTI / Attendance Swipe and Biometric card / Bank opening account / Employee card / internet /e-mail account request / cafeteria membership form) in a timely manner.
Employee Orientation Responsible for quarterly orientation program of new employees.
Training and Development Responsible for organizing in-house training courses in coordination with HR KHI.
Leave Management Responsible for leave management and maintenance of leave and SMMP employees leave and other records.
Employee Records Maintains and update employee personal files and keeps up-dated records of all SMMP staff.
Appraisals / Work Objectives Responsible for timely annual appraisal and work objective process of all employees at the branch.
Separation Management Performs separation management function in a timely manner and timely clearance from all concerned departments.
Other Assignments Responsible for carrying out any special assignment allocated by Project Manager SMMP.
Candidate should have prior education and experience in the relevant field. Candidate should have knowledge and experience of hr practices. Candidate should have good organizational skills.
