Assist the HR Manager and ED HR & Admin with all HR and Administrative functions included but not limited to:
Human Resources Tasks- Payroll processing (EOBI, SESSI, PF, Leave Management, Overtime, Commissions & etc)
- Benefits induction (Mobile, Fuel, OPD & IPD administration)
- HRMS
- Final settlements
- Training need Analysis (TNA)
- Performance appraisals
- Organizational development (OD)
- Employee engagement activities
- And other tasks as assigned by higher management.
Administrative Tasks- Fleet management
- Inventory management
- House-keeping management
- Vendor management
- Protocol management
- Transfer and relocation management
- And other tasks as assigned by higher management
