Job Description
a) REGULAR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
To support the customers regarding their Internet related software.
To support the customer regarding their Internet related hardware.
To deliver all information regarding the available services of Brain Ltd.
To keep track and follow up the customer problems.
Report to the shift In Charge.
Liaison with System Administration department In detail support regarding value added serviced provided by Brain Ltd.

b) PERIODIC DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
To handle the fax support.
To handle the domain registration problems with the co-operation of Data Center Dept.
To prepare documents as per instructions.
To document the assigned jobs.
