· Conducting sessions for Personal and Career Development with students in formal classes and Labs, in informal groups and conferences, and by collaboration on research projects.
· Counseling and preparing for selecting a better job
· Helping students in designing CVs and preparing for Interview
· Maintaining attendance
· Designing & conducting all assessments on time as per schedule
· Arranging Guest Speaker sessions from industry and training organizations
· Designing and managing in-house and outdoor projects for personal and career development
· Maintaining high standards of Academics.
· Providing support in designing manuals and sessions for PCD.
· Achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement
· Prepares them for job/internships in different organizations
