Define sales plan for relationship managers and review their performances to ensure delivery of desired results
Maximization of Revenue through available wealth management options i.e. Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, Banc Assurance etc.
Utilize consultative sales approach to define customer goals and develop solutions that cultivate strong relationship with the customers
Formulation and implementation of micromarketing at branch level
Ensure implementation of control and compliance policies in line with regulatory and group requirement
Facilitate information transfer with remote teams to improve product knowledge, customer requirements gathering, and inter-office communication
