Job Description
- Ensuring the test requisition, samples and all required information are completed in all aspects, before proceeding the samples to the laboratory.
- Prepare the proforma invoice for customer according to INTERTEK price list.
- Ensure that all payment settled before any work proceeds.
- Prepare and issue the work sheet corresponding to the customer requirements.
- Coordinating with other members of the staff of the laboratory for matter related to tests.
- Answering enquiries from clients on test standard, procedures, results and charges.
- Monitoring the progress of the tests and liase with the Laboratory Superior to ensure that the tests are completed within the stipulated time.
- Maintaining all communication received from the buyers in order.
- Registering the complaints received from clients.
- Maintain the updated client’s information as received into the respective location.
- Email the test reports to the customer.
