Job Description

  1. Ensuring the test requisition, samples and all required information are completed in all aspects, before proceeding the samples to the laboratory.
  2. Prepare the proforma invoice for customer according to INTERTEK price list.
  3. Ensure that all payment settled before any work proceeds.
  4. Prepare and issue the work sheet corresponding to the customer requirements.
  5. Coordinating with other members of the staff of the laboratory for matter related to tests.
  6. Answering enquiries from clients on test standard, procedures, results and charges.
  7. Monitoring the progress of the tests and liase with the Laboratory Superior to ensure that the tests are completed within the stipulated time.
  8. Maintaining all communication received from the buyers in order.
  9. Registering the complaints received from clients.
  10. Maintain the updated client’s information as received into the respective location.
  11. Email the test reports to the customer.
