Job Description
Develop, manage and monitor HR policies and procedures in line with regional policies.
Manage recruitment, C & B program, HRIS deployment and maintenance and employee relations.
Recommend employee relations practices in order to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale.
Comply with statutory legal requirements and maintain effective liaison with various government/ semi-govt authorities and local agencies.
Prepare periodic reports for management review.
Job Specification
Possess MBA/MPA degree from a recognized university.
Have at least 5 years of experience in a multinational/ large industrial or service sector organization.
Be proficient in MS Office.
Be a team player with strong inter-personal and communication skills.
Be self motivated and energetic person with problem solving attitude.
Be within the age bracket of 28-35 years.
