-Answer all incoming calls and handle callers inquiries whenever possible - Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages - Ability to use PABX - Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required - Greet, assist and/or direct visitors and the general public - Dispatch the mail - Respond to public inquiries - Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office - Perform other related duties as required
-Effective verbal and listening communications skills. - English Language proficiency required.
