Job Description:
Execute the recruitment, promotion, and termination related matters for Company Staff
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Maintain regular updating of data entries into the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) (when applicable)
Management of Personal Files of all employees.
Announcements of holidays and discipline and other routine matters.
Implementation of Company Policies & Procedures and ensure compliance by office Staff.
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees.
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational webinars; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
Other tasks as required by the management
