Job Description
- Answer all incoming calls
- Receive, direct and relay telephone and fax messages
- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take messages when required
- Greet, assist and/or direct visitors
- Dispatch mail
- Correspond with clients
- Respond to public inquiries
- Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office
- Perform other related duties as required

- Have Good command over PABX
- Attractive personality
- Effective verbal & listening communications skills (Urdu, English)
- Good command over MS Office
