Job Description

Job Purpose

We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator to undertake administrative tasks, and ensure adequate support for smooth running of our company’s office. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. He must be self-motivated and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the company
  • Procure supplies and services for company
  • Management of external suppliers
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

Job Specification

  • 5+ years’ experience working in an office setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Xero software
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
