The responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Advertise the Jobs on different portals
- Develop a pool of candidtes by using multiple portals
- Schedule interviews of short-listed candidates
- Manage interviews' execution
- Complete all the joining formalities of newly hired staff
- Establish, maintain and update personal files of employees
- Cross verify the credentials of newly hired employees
- Register and upload the data of newly hired staff in system
- Receive, handle and resolve attendance related problems
- Perform any other duty assigned
