Job Description

We are an award-winning U.S based multi-national Construction and Engineering firm looking for a Accountant/Bookkeeper to assist our US based office. The Candidate will work from our Lahore office located in Cavalry Ground. The working hours will be 5:00pm to 2:00am (Mon-Fri). Company will provide home Drop-off service from office to all female employees for this position.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate MUST be fluent in ENGLISH
  • Bachelor’s in accounting
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience.
  • Hands on experience with accounting and corporate finance.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. (GAAP)
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software QUICKBOOKS a MUST.

Job Specification

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Record/Monitor day to day transactions
  • Reconcile bank accounts at the end of each month.
  • Monitor financial transactions and reports.
  • Process accounts receivable and payable.
  • Record and Process payrolls
  • Provide project cost analysis and reportings

Manage the recruitment process, screen CV's, arrange and conduct interviews as required. Salary: 40k-70k
