Responsibilities’

• International Hiring experience preferably.
• Knowledge of International Recruitment & Selection (USA)
• Sound knowledge of off boarding & onboarding for USA
• Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
• Create a candidate person for each open position
• Present shortlisted candidates
• Present detailed candidate profile summaries
• Build long-term client relationships
• Research and develop recruiting leads
• Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy

• BS/MS in Human Resources Management
• 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Proven skills in social media channels like LinkedIn, Indeed etc.
• Proficient in English, together with strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities and strong multi-tasking skills.
