We are looking for a skilled and experienced customer support executive.

Ideal candidate must have prior experience of communicating with existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about requests, services and availability.
• Work with internal departments to meet client's needs
• Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

• Its a UK based project, so previous experience in UK market will be advantageous.
• Need strong English communication skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Would be required for making reports.
