• Screening / handling local / international calls coming in for CEO. Communicate directly on behalf of CEO or direct the calls to CEO
• CEO’s personal files management
• Coordinate with travel agents for visa documents / travel arrangements for CEO as well as for other Managers/ Directors and official guests. Maintain Travel log
• Maintain all internal and external contacts for CEO with utmost privacy.
• Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments.
• Work closely and effectively with CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming meetings, commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
• Alert managers/ Directors about cancelations or new meetings
• Facilitate Marketing department in various capacities for e.g. content creation, corporate profile, social media promotion, etc.
• Local and Overseas clients’ relationship management
• Responsible for attending official delegates and present them company / corporate presentation
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
• Ensure online CEO’s presence is enhanced through mediums like LinkedIn and various related industry blogs.
• Setup CEO’s Scheduler - Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly
• Maintain absolute confidentiality & discretion with regards to official matters of Corporate Secretariat
• Perform any other task as and when assigned by the Reporting line.

Strong and confident personality

Exceptional English communication, spoken and written.

Competent in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques. Should be well-versed with using Google search.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Degree in business administration or relative field
