Job Specification
The candidate should be HR specialist with in-depth knowledge of all areas of human resource. Should be MBA from a reputable institute having at least 2 years relevant work experience preferably in an IT company, ability to generate smart solutions and have a problem solving flair, be able to plan, organize and prioritize HR work, a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
