The ideal candidate will be mainly responsible for recruitment and selection and make sure that quality people are hired in time, orientation of new employees, maintain and update record of employees and implement HR policies and procedures.

The candidate should be HR specialist with in-depth knowledge of all areas of human resource. Should be MBA from a reputable institute having at least 2 years relevant work experience preferably in an IT company, ability to generate smart solutions and have a problem solving flair, be able to plan, organize and prioritize HR work, a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
