Job Description
a.The responsibility entails all clerical work, assigned either by the Managing Director, Director Marketing through administration support staff.
b.Handling of all incoming and outgoing mails / E-Mails.
c.Preparation of all official letters of the Managing Director & Director Marketing.
d.To make travel arrangements which include;
- Air travel booking.
- Hotel booking.
- Handling of necessary documentation.
- To receive guests.
- To assist the Managing Director & Director marketing in their day to day official activities.
