Job Description
- Daily deposit of cheques in banks
- Collection of cheques from clients
- Making calls to customers for payment collection
- Delivering catalogs/documents/ sample tiles etc to clients.
- Depositing Income tax challans in bank
- Delivering pay orders at Custom House
- Visiting KESC, PTCL etc offices for duplicate bills and correction of bills
- Submitting reports at HO in absence of Mr. Naveed
- Collecting local purchase items from vendors
- Purchasing &/or taking delivery of items from market e.g stationery / electric items
- Deposit of payments against utilities bills
- Other Administrative work of outdoor be assign time to time.
Job Specification
Should be well versed of city areas preferably govt & other subsidiary offices.
Should have motorbike
