Looking for experienced Call Center English Accent Trainer.American Accent Trainer who should be able to develop a neutral accent.HIS/HER training program should be able to help CSRs develop their English spoken and communication skills that should make them feel free to communicate over the phone with customers.HE/SHE should be able to manage a group people on daily basis.Call Center Training experience is a must.Should be able to instruct them how to face customers over the phone and how to overcome the fear of speaking in English Language.Candidates will be given preference who have lived abroad or have worked in a similar capacity.
