Job Description
Responsible for complete office management, correspondace through email with customers and suppliers, record keeping, files management, handling and screening telephone calls and incoming mails, keeping and scheduling appointments, attending business meetings with Directors, etc.
Job Specification
BA/Bcom preferred but Intermediate with experience may also apply. She should be efficient in all office chores, handling emails and correspondences, good letter writing skills. Should be smart with presentable personality. Preference will be given to residents of North Nazimabad, North Karachi, Orangi Town, Surjani, adjacent areas of F.B. Area, Gulshan-e-Iqbal.
