-Assist employee confirmation, resignation acceptance, exit interview, experience certificate, clearance, Full & Final settlement etc.
-Responsible for employee(s) medical registration and correspondance between employee(s) and medical company.
-To maintain personnel files.
-To assist Payroll Officer in payroll work.

-To conduct Security Clearance, ex-employer verification and personal reference check.
-To provide secretarial support to Group HR Manager.
-To follow code of conduct while on duty and preach the same to others.
-To have effective coordination with the seniors for smooth/efficient work-flow
-To provide immediate HOD in case of any abnormality.
