Job Description
- Promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously receives 100% of all telephone calls and visitors.
- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
- Courteously Greet employees, clients and the general public & Screen to control interruptions.
- Entering visitors details into the visitors log book.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and deals all Telephone calls.
- Signs for deliveries when necessary and notifies recipients.
- Maintains accurate and complete sign-in/sign-out procedures for all employees.
- Dispatch mails as directed, timely delivers mail to post office.
- Maintains confidentiality of organization personnel related information.
- Assists in other duties as needed and directed.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
- Assist the Higher Management and other staff as requested.
Job Specification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment;
-Must have an experience of PABX system.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Strict discipline in maintaining confidentiality of information;
- Active and can work under pressure;
