Job Description
Implementation of Whole School Improvement Program like strengthening of school councils, implementation of SDPs, community mobilization, School Enrichment Programs and Identifying training needs.
To establish a sustained institutional liaison between the Department of Education, District Government officials, representatives from the Corporate Sector, other organizations, head teachers and ITA team to efficiently implement the School Improvement Program.
To undertake intensive documentation of the School Improvement Program activities, updates, monthly and quarterly progress reports for the department and donors/adopters.
Rigorous monitoring of partner schools on regular basis including site based coordination plus Staff hiring, appraisal, preparing annual work plans and budgets
Facilitating and coordinating other projects in the vicinity.
Coordination with Head Office, other Districts and Training Team.
Coordinating and conducting different surveys.
Administration of Resource Center.
Coordinating and conducting different trainings.
Facilitating advocacy through media campaigns, organizing events and celebrations in schools.
Job Specification
Problem Solving & Decision Making.
Fluent in written & spoken English & Proficient in MS Office.
Dedicated, energetic and organized with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.
Proactive Approach & Excellent Analytical Skills.
Ability to write smart business proposals and reports.
