GreenwichBell Resource Ltd is a UK based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company. With our extensive knowledge of the UK recruitment sector we have established an office in Lahore to offer our UK clients an internet based Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solution. Over the next 12 months our intention is to establish a 100+ man operation to offer a premier RPO solution to a UK client base. We are looking for young career minded fresh graduates with a desire to join a young and vibrant UK based company with the prospect for real and rapid career progression. No previous recruitment experience is required as full training will be given. After initial training you will act as Recruitment Consultant for UK clients servicing their resourcing needs. The role will include working with candidates, clients and administering the advertising and publicity strategy for the company. You should have a strong grasp of the English language (both written and spoken) and be customer service oriented as you will be dealing with a UK client base. You should therefore have a keen desire to develop good client relationship skills as this will be a key performance benchmark. As the company grows, a variety of new challenges and opportunities for career development will become available.

Graduate caliber, preferably with 16 years of education
Fluent in English (written and spoken) with a desire to develop fluency to corporate standard
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literate with excellent internet skills
Ability and desire to develop strong Client Relationship Management (CRM) skills
