Job Description
Responsible for overall coordination in marketing and sales departments that includes Head office & branches across Pakistan
Liaison and communication with branches & sales-team for new products & marketing campaign.
Preparation of quotations and sales proposals
Follow up and recovery of pending sales payments.
Follow up and managing sales data/ orders /planning/ order processing / and close coordination with supply chain management & operation departments.
Collect sales reports on weekly/fortnightly/ & monthly basis from all branches & distribution set-ups.
Coordinate training programs (internal)
To assist and support Sales force in sales administrative affairs.

Requirements:
Academics:
At least graduate in any discipline. However; preference will be given to commerce or business graduates. M.B.A (Marketing) is definitely a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience is required in FMCG industry of the relevant job. Candidate should be hard working, dedicated and self motivated.

Good computer skills specially (MS-Word, Excel, Power point & Access)

Must have the capacity to perform under stress
