TOGETHER is looking for an HR & Admin Manager to manage company’s recruiting, learning and development of employees’ performance programs and administrative tasks.
HUMAN RESOURCE ROLE:
- Create referral programs and oversee the hiring processes.
- Make strategic decisions for the company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.
- Prepare job descriptions, post ads on various channels to search pool of candidates.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates and issuing employment contracts.
- Ensure due diligence process of candidate regarding professional background and reference checks.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
- Ensure that Human Resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements, company policies and procedures.
- Respond to queries internally and externally on hiring.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.
- Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
- Prepare assessments of employees on monthly, quarterly and annually basis.
ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE:
- In timely repair & maintenance of equipment & assets while maintaining its record.
- Liaison with local and government sectors i.e. LESCO, WASA, EOBI, PESSI etc.
- Liaison with potential vendors following proper procurement process.
- Responsibly opening and closing of the office.
- Purchase of stationery, office grocery and other miscellaneous items and its proper distribution according defined requisition approval procedure.
- Supervision of office boys and other janitorial staff.
- Responsible for the office security and monitoring of CCTV cameras.
- Compile, purchase and maintain monthly requisition.
