Academic Qualification(s): * Bachelors with major in HR or Masters Degree in HR Experience: * Experienced: any Summary of Key Functions: * Work with HR Manager in implementing Administration and HR strategies and policies * Administer Human resources * Maintaining employee records * Provide recruitment services within organization * Maintain HR portal with up to date information * Assist Accounts dept every month with remuneration process

Management/Interpersonal Skills: * Good Interpersonal skills * Welcoming personality and attitude * Ability to convince and communicate with objectivity * Strong verbal and written communication in English language * Build strong peer work relationship Job Specifications: * Provide employee orientation * Maintain employee documents and files * Run recruitment process, end to end * Maintain and administer leaves and vacations * Facilitate in salary disbursement process * Help department managers with succession planning * Facilitate evaluation and appraisals * Work with individuals to keep career path aligned with organization * Maintain HR portal and keep it up to date * Document and keep up to date all HR related policies and procedures
