Job Description

Supervise the daily affairs of admission offices. - Coordinate and supervise coordination with the faculties and other departments to obtain and disseminate information. - Maintain appropriate inventory of prospectuses, forms, stationary, equipment and pertinent promotional material for the prospects/admission office(s). - Report and timely resolve any technological / administrative / logistic / coordination issues related to admission offices. - Assist in designing and implementation of a comprehensive strategic plan and SOPs for systematic and smooth functioning of admission offices and enhancement of new student enrollment. - Participate in, attend, manage events, conferences, expo (as and when required / asked), gather info / data, attract / greet / serve / satisfy the prospects, gather info / data, provide information, network and maintain and build a fruitful professional relationship. - Attend weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual departmental meetings, prepare and present reports, share feedback, suggest improvements. - Undergo training and self development, display commitment and team work, skill enhancement and value creation, create and flourish a positive atmosphere within the department. - Any other task and when assigned by marketing manager. - Assist in designing and implementation of a comprehensive strategic marketing plan and promotional campaigns to enhance visibility, image building and business development by gathering data and relevant information. - Plan, execute, supervise, and analyze the market research, satisfaction surveys, competitor analysis, assess viability of potential new programs / events, measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and present the findings and recommendations to the Marketing Manager. - Work with the marketing team to develop new ideas for reaching markets using the latest techniques. - Create and implement marketing communications strategies for both internal and external customers. - Assist in evaluation and appointment of vendors, liaison with designers, vendors and agencies to produce marketing materials, advertisements etc. within brand guidelines - Copy writing, managing the design, preparation, distribution and record of marketing promotional materials reflecting key messages, features and benefits. - Supervise direct marketing activities, telephone calls to prospects, sms, and email blasts etc. - Liaise with industry, secure sponsorship for various events / activities, to assist with the publicity and funding of marketing projects. - Assist HOD in preparation, utilization and track all marketing expenses and keep HOD informed of budget variances. - Plan, organize, execute and manage the university events (including costing and preparation of promotional material) and liaise with Events Coordinator to maximize visibility at conferences, including compiling a list of products and literature to display / demo, producing delegate inserts, etc.. - Form student groups within university and engage with them in activities to utilize in the marketing campaigns. - Coordinate with students services department to obtain, maintain and update the useful data. of alumni and faculties and use as a marketing tool to enhance new students enrollment. - Identify suitable media, prepare adverts, work out costs and release the adverts in print, electronic, digital and outdoor media. - Plan and execute effective PR campaign, establish, maintain and enhance media and public relations. - Understand and assist in developing business development strategies for the organization, set and achieve targets and show the desired growth. - Communicate with rest of the marketing team members, faculties and departments within and outside organization. - Preparing and delivering presentations to or on behalf of marketing department as and when required. - Compile and report result of each campaign and event to the marketing manager. - Attend weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual departmental meetings, prepare and present reports, share feedback and suggest improvements. - Undergo training and self development, display commitment and team work, skill enhancement and value creation, create and flourish a positive atmosphere within the department. - Any other task as and when assigned by the Marketing Manager within scope of this job.
