Job Description
- Define objectives of front desk staff and provide necessary feed backs for improvement.
- To develop and implement mechanism for evaluation of hospital services by both indoor and outdoor patients to ensure continuous improvements in delivery of quality health services.
- To develop close contacts with patients and handle routine complaints of patients about services and providing remedies according to the needs.
- To process out Referral Tests/Surgeries for railways entitled patients outside the hospital as per SOPs.
- To coordinate with other hospitals (stakeholders) to ensure delivery of quality health services for the patients.
- To process bills and reimbursements of out referral tests / surgeries to the head office and facilitate railways entitled patients accordingly.
- To plan and implement activities for image building of hospital in targeted areas and Prepare and distribute dissemination materials including Advertisement Brochures and other letters.
- To coordinate with print and electronic media to ensure coverage of activities of hospital.
- To organize medical relief camps in identified vulnerable areas.
- To develop and implement the Marketing plan for the hospital to enhance the image and increase the number patients.
- To organize community health education programs in coordination with local communities and other stakeholders.
