We are offering a great opportunity for experienced Male & Female candidates to join our UK based inbound travel agency sales campaign. Handsome salary packages along with lucrative sales commissions will be offered.

Responsibility

• Liaising with clients over the phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements.
• Advising clients on suitable options for domestic or international destinations, tours, accommodation and fares.
• Preparing customized itineraries to suit the clients’ preferences and budget.
• Issuing Airline tickets .
• Providing up to date advice on travel regulations including visa and medical requirements, baggage limits .
• Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news.
• Ongoing training with other team members and management.

• Proven work experience as a Travel Agent and Call Center
• Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-traveling,
• Fluency in English
• Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
• Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
• The potential candidates must possess exceptional communication, sales skills, and fluency in English. Candidate with travel agency experience will be preferred.
