Purpose Statement: The webmaster manages the content of the entire internet presence of the organization. The webmaster determines the management needs and requirements with respect to corporate website development, renewal, support and ongoing maintenance of all in-house developed web based and PHP based applications. Principal Accountability: - Ensure smooth running of all corporate web sites. - Fine tune current home page based on feedback from users on weekly basis. - Manage and execute the timely payments of all hosted web sites. - Maintain an update passwords list of all websites, including authorization codes and give it to assistant manager systems & Manager IT. - Ensure a timely response for all web sites related quires. - Ensure the delivery of task given by assistant managers of IT department and Manager Marketing. - Ensure the support, maintenance and ongoing support of all in house developed web based applications. - Compliance of all tasks assigned by Manager IT and Manager Marketing. - Ensure smooth running and maintenance of developed applications and development of web based organization solutions. - Ensure to manage different CMS's. Additional Information i. Context / environment. - Provide day to day maintenance and support of corporate websites. - Provide support and assist in resolving web site related issues e.g. payment related to web hosting companies , coordination with PK-NIC and other relevant bodies. Acquiring new domains and their payment.

- 2-3 years experience in websites development. - Ensure timely delivery of solution and support required. - Timely and professional support of websites. - Web sites related payments and coordination with hosting agency and PKNIC. - Highly motivated by new challenges; work best in an environment that values teamwork and individual initiative. - Demonstrated expertise with PHP,JavaScript and basic knowledge of ASP.net. - Can adopt CMS easily(Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress) - Working knowledge of database and their architecture e.g. oracle and SQL.
