Job Responsibilities:
- Smooth working and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Maintain employee records (information, attendance, leaves, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Assist and work for inhouse HR-related operations
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong professional ethics and reliability
- Knowledge of HRMS would be a plus
