Job Description
Role Mission:
You will:
- Build, manage, implement, and optimize all people strategies and initiatives locally and globally; own the people roadmap
- Hire and develop the best as the team grows to support the scale-up of our employee base and business
- Ensure we have the right strategies and tactics in place to ensure talent acquisition at the right standard and velocity; ensure there is no regression, and we continue to raise the bar
- Take ownership of all environmental factors that impact on the employee experience
- Directly manage and optimize our employer brand and presence across all channels including professional social networks
- Be passionate about delivering a world-class learning and development agenda designed to ensure the right capabilities and competencies aligned to the business goals
- Manage and optimize all compensation and benefits programs designed to reward the very best with the very best
- Be passionate about using automated digital HR tools to support people processes, ensure a data-driven approach
- Coach employees and act as their consultant regarding learning and development activities
- Ensure a transparent employee engagement process is implemented

Job Specification
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in a related field from a reputable university and at least 3-4 years of head level experience in a fast-moving/high growth brand and business
- Minimum 9-10 years of work experience with hands-on experience in a similar position (auto business knowledge is a plus)
- Analytical thinking ability with strong planning and organizational skills along with excellent command over problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Excellent organization skills: the ability to plan and organize work to make it efficient and effective
- Experience in managing a team with a strong understanding of talent acquisition, management, and development
- Great interpersonal and motivational skills
- Brilliant at influencing employees at all levels to support your strategies
- Ability to use the relevant Human Resources tools
- Ability to work in a global, high paced, ever-changing, pressured environment
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-directed. Energetic, can-do attitude with a strong bias for action
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- This role reports directly to the Country GM
