The Role: Sales Executive β Outbound Sales (Final Expense CLOSER)
Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan
The Team: Spantronics work with multiple USA based clients in the field of Insurance, home improvement and renewal energy. We are fast growing organization and expanding our call center sales team. We are looking for fresh and experienced people with excellent English communication skills. You will become a part of a multinational culture having a presence in Pakistan, Philippines and United States. You will get opportunities to learn transferable sales and marketing skills along with industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Cater outbound calls to promote and sell the product/service
- Interact with customers via cold calls and generate qualified Insurance/Solar leads
- Encourage customers to buy services and products by using a prepared script to reference important parts of what the company offers
- Handle customer needs and requirements
- Respond and resolve customer inquiries
- Ensure monthly sales conversion benchmark
- Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service.
What Weβre Looking For:
- O/A Levels, Graduate or above
- Neutral or American accent. Be proficient in English
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prior tele sales experience is preferred. Fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply

Work Hours:
