Looking for an experienced and organized Customer Care Representative with following skillset;
- Strong Phone and Verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- At least Two years of work experience in an off shore call center
- Familiarity with accounting/sales CRM e.g. Odoo, Zoho, Quickbooks
- Excellent English speaking skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in deadline driven environment
- Goal oriented and Driven
- Quick Learner
