Job Description
Ensures that all incoming as well as outgoing calls are answered and referred to the right person/s promptly.
Greets and receives company visitors and guests courteously and advises the visited employee about such.
Arranges outgoing documents for transmission/shipment in coordination with service providers.
Acknowledges receipt of incoming documents and ensures that these are given to the recipient immediately.
Prepares timely and accurate reports as required by immediate superior.
Ensures that relevant company policies on security and timekeeping are enforced within the area of responsibility.
Job Specification
Computer Literate.
Intermediate / Matric
Good in speaking English.
