Job Description
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Recruitment:
1.1) Responsible for recruitment of vacancies defined by the management.
1.2) Prepare Job Descriptions for all levels of employees in consultation with management.
1.3) Placement of advertisements in newspapers.
1.4) Coordinate with other individuals, institutions or agencies for meeting manpower needs of firm.
1.5)Preparation of minimum acceptable criteria for each type of manpower requirements as per organogram.
1.6) Do study for comparison of pay structures and emoluments for each skill level in industry.
1.7) Verification of newly appointed employees from former employers and screening of past records such as authentication of certificates and degrees from issuing authorities.
2. Skill Development, and Training Programs:
2.1) Preparation of strategy for Future Human Resource Development.
2.2) Preparation of Training Needs List for Technical Manpower.
2.3) Responsible for planning and scheduling of defined training programs.
2.4) Coordination with prospective trainers for layout of course outlines.
2.5) Coordination with prospective trainers for scheduling training programs.
2.6) Conducting and facilitating Training programs.
2.7) Preparation of testing and evaluation methods of each Training Course.
2.8) Preparation of in-house training manuals.
3. Evaluation, Reporting & Counseling:
3.1) Based on defined performance indicators, evaluation and grading of performance.
3.2) Reporting of performance grades to management.
3.3) Counseling of employees for future improvements.
3.4) Compilation of Employee progress reports.
4. Orientation Program:
4.1) Preparing Orientation document and presentation for new appointees.
4.2) Orientation of new employees.
5. Junior Apprenticeship Program and Corporate Social Welfare Programs:
5.1) Defining Junior Apprenticeship Program.
5.2) Conducting Education & Skill Development programs for junior apprentices.
5.3) Program for Placement and growth of Junior apprentices.
6. Assist Company in any other way as required by Senior Management:
Job Specification
Minimum requirement is MPA/MPA in HRM and a minimum of 2 years verifiable experience/track record in HR Department preferred; however, experience may substitute for education.
