Receiving Contracts for Initial Audits from marketing. - Making Audit Justification for Initial Audits or Re - Audits - Submit Audit Justification to Scheme Manager for approval through email / MICBAS. - Initial Audit Faxes to Clients and inform auditor regarding audit. - Travelling arrangement for Initial Audit and Re - Audits & Surveillance - Monitor all monthly audits planning Initial/Surveillance/Re-Audit. - Follow-up with all problems clients for southern Region - Plan audit with concern of Area Manager / Scheme Manager. - Preparing Monthly invoices for clients / accounts Departments - Preparing Monthly Auditor audit Schedule. - Submit Freelance audit invoices to accounts Department. - Submit Audit Justification to International Offices for approval. - Training and Monitoring of Certification Coordinator
