Job Description
Responsible to provide necessary support to CEO with complete secretarial and administrative services
Ensure Confidentiality
Correspondence to incoming calls and emails
Prepare records, memorandums, outlining, agendas and minutes of meeting.
Arrange programs, events, or conferences.
Ensure timeliness with time management and diary services to CEO
Obtain or communicate information to departments/clients as per CEO's instructions
