Responsibilities and Duties
The Human Resource Intern will be working in accordance with the organizational policies and will be assisting the department that includes the following responsibilities:
- Building Candidate Database
- Initial Resume Screening
- Pre-Screening Calls
- Arranging Interviews with the Potential Candidates
- Manage Job Advertisements
- Prepare Departmental Reports
- Participation in Organizational Events
- Assistance in Employee Orientations
- Responding to Employee Queries
- Assist in the Collection of Payroll Information
- Draft Employee Communication
- Other Assistance required by the Team
