Closer vital responsibility is not only to lead the customer smoothly and help the customers with complaints and questions but also provide them all the details of benefits they can have. They give customers the information about products and services, help customers understand the product and answering questions and help them to choose the right plan and close the application.
• Candidate is required for Closing and Client Service.
• Candidate must be punctual, a hard worker, regular, and self-motivated with abilities to manage given tasks on time.
• Candidate is required to take Sales and Escalation calls from the agents in our outbound sales department.
• 1 year Call Center experience.
• We are looking for the finest individuals with excellent Verbal communication skills, Individuals who have the desire to learn, develop and achieve the highest standards.
• The Candidate must be target-oriented and highly motivated.
• The Candidate must not be enrolled in any educational program or involved in any full/part-time job.
